The fatal collision was reported around 5:05 p.m. SAN JOSE – Authorities are seeking public help with tracking down a driver who cut off a motorcyclist on Highway 101 and set off a chain reaction that ended in the rider’s death Wednesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
